At Finn & Flynn Construction we identified a need in the market for an elite construction team that can deliver high end projects on budget, on time and with a client focused ethos.
Our team is headed up by our Company Directors Peter Finn and Mark Flynn. (click to see Bio’s below)
The two lads have combined their many years of construction experience and brought together a team that provides an unrelieved type of service to the construction industry.
From the tender process, to the on-site management and on to the finished product, we ensure that the highest level of professionalism is there each step of the way.
We believe that the construction/building process should be enjoyable and transparent for our clients. We have a new and modern approach to how we carry out the building of your home or business premises.

Peter Finn (aka Pete the Builder)
Company Director
Peter is the most recognisable face in the company as he is the most regular Builder currently on TV. Peter stars in the TV makeover show Home Rescue and has also appeared on numerous Room to Improve shows.
Peter is known as a positive representative for the Construction Industry in general.
Peter is a Carpenter by trade and holds numerous other construction accreditations. Having learned his trade with a small house builder, he moved on to a construction management position in TCD. The call of site and construction adventure encouraged Peter to open his own construction company that delivered many years of successful projects.
Peter then linked up with Mark Flynn to development MDS Construction into one of the premier construction companies in the country. Finn & Flynn is the next step on the road to the top of the construction hierarchy for Peter and Mark.
Peter is a believer in constant improvement and progression in every aspect of life.
Peter is a keen Sportsman and is currently a member of the All-Ireland winning Dublin Masters Gaa team. Peter enjoys Material arts and promotes a healthy lifestyle.
Peter is a Brand ambassador for The Grafton Group and a partner with Helly Hanson Workwear for 2019/2020.

Mark Flynn
Company Director
Mark is one of our Company directors and has extensive experience of working on some of the most prestigious construction projects in Ireland over the last number of years. Mark has successfully managed and delivered projects including :The moving of the entire Fair City TV film set on the RTE campus, numerous works to the Provost’s House in Trinity college Dublin, The relaying of the Cobbles to the Front Square of Trinity college Dublin, complete Restoration of 4no Merrion Square, along with many more exciting projects.
Mark is a Carpenter/Joiner by trade and has added many more construction qualifications and accreditations to his portfolio over the years. He is the point of contact for our High-Profile contacts in the RTE Campus and Trinity College Dublin plus many more.
Hillwalking and the Great Outdoors are Marks great passions. He is a leading member of the Dublin & Wicklow Mountain Rescue team and has had the honour of being the Elected team leader to the group for numerous terms. His commitment and dedication to this vital and voluntary service is an insight into type of man he is. Honesty and sincerity are what Mark both values and displays in everything he does.
The partnership between Mark & Peter has been a perfect combination of construction experience, drive, business acumen and love of life, that has led to the formation of a business which has an exciting future with unlimited potential.
